BIOGRAPHY
Michail has dedicated his 24 year-long career to battling long-term care, long-term disability, health and property insurance giants, securing justice for his clients through individual and class action lawsuits. With millions of dollars in insurance recoveries and numerous notable decisions favoring insureds, Michail’s practice focuses on businesses and individuals harmed by the sharp claims practices of individual, commercial and personal property insurers.
Michail received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate from Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was awarded the “Best Brief” in the John S.
