With more than 25 years of experience as a litigator handling business insurance recovery claims and litigation, Judy is a key member of the firm’s business insurance recovery group. As a practicing lawyer, Judy spent her last 10 years as a partner in the nation’s top law firms, including Duane Morris, Clyde & Co., and Baker Hostetler, respectively. Judy also works as a consultant, advising companies and corporate boards regarding their insurance portfolio and legal compliance, with an expertise in cyber security. Judy brings her breadth of technical, analytical and litigation skills to the firm to help business policyholders obtain and maximize their recoveries from insurance companies.

Judy is an author and international lecturer on insurance recovery, cyber, privacy, and litigation issues. She is frequently invited to speak at prominent industry conferences and has been quoted in prestigious publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Forbes, and Reuters. She has authored several eBooks, including A Closer Look at Cyber Insurance and Demystifying Cyber Insurance, and has completed advanced courses at MIT in the areas of big data, crisis management/business continuity, cyber security, and the Internet of Things. She also was a long-term member of the Law360 Insurance Editorial Board.
