Evan Schwartz will be lecturing at the upcoming New York State Bar Association’s forum on strategies in “no-fault” litigation. Mr. Schwartz was invited to speak based upon the firm’s involvement and leadership in many large scale medical provider lawsuits addressing reimbursement issues for monies payable to the providers for services rendered to their patients insured under auto insurance and policies of insurance.
Evan Schwartz will participate on panel discussions in both New York City and on Long Island. He will also speak on “Recent Developments/Case Law (Including Malella and its Aftermath)”.
