In two separate cases, our firm obtained a stay of an attempt by a gasoline distributor/ franchisor to evict a tenant/franchisee from a gasoline station when the distributor/franchisor failed to offer the franchisee the right of first refusal under the Federal Petroleum Marketing Practices Act and otherwise failed to comply with its obligations under the Act.
