The client was faced with an unfair competition lawsuit, and we were hired to analyze the insurance coverage afforded under the advertising injury portion of the client’s commercial general liability policy. Coverage was secured, and the insurer assigned counsel to defend the client in the trade secrets and unfair competition litigation.
