Chiropractic Economics Magazine Publishes Our Article on Health Insurance Claims

Under the title of “Better Late Than Never”, a national magazine serving the needs of chiropractors published an article authored by Richard Quadrino regarding collecting claim revenue from health insurers on “old” claim denials. The article, published in Chiropractic Economics, addresses various tools that can be effectively used by medical providers to pursue and collect on denied or partially paid claims.

Our partner explained the basis for his recent successes in obtaining recoveries for clients from health insurers. His unique method maximizes leverage that medical providers have by virtue of the health insurers’ routine and systemic federal regulatory violations. The article explains how ERISA applies to most health plan claims and how violations of ERISA’s claim regulations can be used to obtain recoveries on unpaid claims.

Schwartz Law is on the cutting edge in the field of health insurance and the firm’s successes continue to grow. For a free consultation, please contact us at 800 745 1755.
