Steve has 25 years of experience litigating complex disputes involving individuals and corporations at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal court. He graduated cum laude from the Western New England University School of Law in 1999 and spent the following year serving as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the Connecticut Appellate Court.

As a skilled litigator, Steve has conducted over 40 depositions and participated in dozens more, and authored hundreds of briefs filed in state and federal courts. He has also resolved more than 250 disputes through mediations and settlement conferences. Steve has a national reputation, having spoken at dozens of leading professional conferences and seminars.

Steve is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts as well as the federal district courts in those states, the First and Second Circuit Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. His work with the Firm focuses on business insurance recovery and complex litigation.
