BIOGRAPHY
Sarah is a dedicated and sophisticated litigation attorney with three years of experience in securities litigation, securities enforcement defense, and complex bankruptcy litigation. Prior to joining Schwartz, Conroy & Hack, she worked as an associate handling intricate bankruptcy litigation matters, particularly in defending preference and fraudulent conveyance actions. She excels in legal analysis and writing and has a strong track record in drafting Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 adversary proceeding filings.
Previously, Sarah was with Cahill Gordon & Reindel, LLP, where she gained in-depth knowledge of the Securities Act and the Exchange Act’s disclosure, reporting, and anti-fraud provisions. She played a key role in responding to regulatory orders, reviewing and analyzing litigation and investigatory documents, and drafting comprehensive memoranda.
 Sarah brings a strong skill set in complex federal litigation, regulatory compliance, legal research, contract drafting, and negotiation. With a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes, she seeks to continue providing solid legal representation in all complex litigation matters.
