Robert is a seasoned  litigator with nearly 20 years of experience litigating cases from insurance coverage to personal injury, construction law,  employment discrimination, and professional malpractice.  He has handled cases from inception to trial, including expert retention and consultation, all aspects of discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.  He has appeared before both State and Federal Courts as well as mediators and arbitrators. Prior to joining Schwartz, Conroy and Hack, Robert was a litigator at both large and mid-sized firms and began his career as a law clerk in Federal Court for the Honorable Dennis E. Milton, United States Bankruptcy Judge. He is currently admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the Federal Court.

Robert attended Hofstra University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude at the top of his class with a bachelor’s degree and dual major in History and Psychology. He graduated law school from the Hofstra University School of Law, where he received the Maurice A. Deane award for highest grade point average of his graduating class.
