Matt is a seasoned trial lawyer, having successfully tried more than 40 cases, including more than 30 jury verdicts.  He has tried more than 10 criminal matters to verdict, more than 20 civil matters to verdict, and has conducted more than 10 bench trials.

Matt has helped numerous clients prosecute and defend complex business, healthcare, insurance recovery and real property matters. He is a valued member of the firm’s practice groups in Business and Complex Litigation, Trial and Appellate Practice, and Insurance Litigation. Mr. Conroy is widely respected and nationally known in the field of complex healthcare litigation. He spearheads the firm’s insurance fraud practice, having represented numerous professionals and companies in both civil and criminal fraud matters.

Mr. Conroy received his bachelor’s degree from Holy Cross College, where he was captain of the Lacrosse team, and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, where he has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court. Mr. Conroy is an avid triathlete and runner, having competed in Ironman Lake Placid, the Boston Marathon and the New York Marathon.
