Maria has zealously and effectively represented clients for over 25 years in commercial litigation, healthcare litigation, insurance recovery litigation, employment litigation, and real estate litigation. Adept in both Federal and State courts, Maria consistently demonstrates her litigation expertise and commitment to client success. She prides herself on working promptly and efficiently, emphasizing quality client communication to achieve results that align with her clients’ needs. Known for her collaborative spirit, Maria works seamlessly with firm members and opposing counsel to best serve her clients.
In her current role as Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Maria leads the firm with strategic vision and operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of service and performance.
Maria is a proud graduate of Hofstra Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in history and government from Smith College, having also attended Harvard during her junior year.
PERSONAL LIFE
Maria is a three-time finisher of Ironman Lake Placid and continues as a competitor and coach in local and national triathlons, as well as working as a swim coach for a local masters swim team.
