BIOGRAPHY
Evan is a highly skilled litigator with more than 30 years of experience litigating insurance recovery claims and litigation, as well as complex federal and state litigation. Evan has expertly managed claims and lawsuits against insurance companies in courts nationwide, making insurance companies uphold their commitments to policyholders. Evan has a stellar reputation with clients and colleagues as part of his distinguished career handling complex insurance recovery litigation matters in both federal and state courts. Some of his many successes include setting legal precedent in insurance recovery law that continue to influence and govern the current state of the law. Evan was the first lawyer hired from his law school to clerk at the New York Court of Appeals, New York’s highest state court, and thereafter represented insurance companies for a large law firm in high stakes insurance recovery lawsuits. Since then, he has represented policy holders exclusively. His induction as a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum underscores his excellence in advocacy, recognizing his success in obtaining verdicts, awards, and settlements for his clients. In addition to recording highly informative vlogs and podcasts, Evan frequently speaks on insurance claims and litigation matters.
