BIOGRAPHY
Robert is a seasoned litigator with more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of legal areas, including Civil RICO, fraud, insurance recovery, personal injury, construction law, employment discrimination, and professional malpractice. He manages cases from inception through trial, handling expert retention and consultation, all aspects of discovery, motion practice, depositions and trial preparation. Robert appears regularly before both State and Federal Courts, as well as before mediators and arbitrators.
Before joining Schwartz, Conroy and Hack, Robert honed his litigation skills at both large and mid-sized firms. He began his legal career as a law clerk in Federal Court for the Honorable Dennis E. Milton, United States Bankruptcy Judge. Robert is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the New York Federal Courts.
EDUCATION
Robert graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hofstra University, earning a bachelor’s degree with a dual major in History and Psychology. He went on to graduate from Hofstra University School of Law, where he received the prestigious Maurice A. Deane award for achieving the highest grade point average in his graduating class.
PERSONAL LIFE
In his personal life, Robert is a Scout leader and Little League coach, an avid follower of the New York Yankees, and enjoys family time with his wife and two teenage boys.
