A customer service representative employed with a national food chain had been receiving benefits from his insurer for more than 2 years before the insurer abruptly terminated his benefits upon conducting a paper review. He hired our firm to seek a reversal of the claim denial without filing a lawsuit. We fully investigated, analyzed all of the issues, and submitted various medical documents to the insurer. We also obtained personal statements of witnesses and assembled a complete and persuasive package, which we presented to the insurer. Upon review, the claim denial was reversed and our client was paid in full.
