Harold is a tenacious litigator, trial and appellate lawyer; his practice focuses on Business & Complex Litigation, Insurance Litigation and Claims, Corporate Litigation, and Appellate Practice. As well as being an active member of the New York State Bar Association, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Federal and Commercial Litigation Section of the Association and he actively participates in activities related the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Schwartz, Conroy & Hack, Harold was a partner at a Long Island litigation firm. He has a successful track record in various types of complex and appellate litigation, including insurance, mortgage banking, Civil RICO actions, contract disputes, real estate, bankruptcy, and unfair competition. Several of his litigation victories were featured in The New York Law Journal.
Harold received his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, cum laude, from Long Island University and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. He was a recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in Constitutional Law and Property Law and was a member of St. John’s University Law Review.
